Bible Verses About Friendship

A friend loveth at all times; And a brother is born for adversity.

He that maketh many friends doeth it to his own destruction; But there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him that is alone when he falleth, and hath not another to lift him up.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

Forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man have a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye:

Wherefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as also ye do.

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and good works; not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day drawing nigh.

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

In love of the brethren be tenderly affectioned one to another; in honor preferring one another;
